  • Pilates Reformer/Barre Works ComboCore strength and flexibility exercises on the Pilates Reformer, which allows for ease of movement and supported joint mobility, complemented by the chiseled toning exercises for the arms, legs, hips, seat and waist with Barre Works exercises. with Jean 11:30 am to 12:30 pm


Barre Works classes can be attended on a drop-in basis.
A single Barre Works class is $20.
Ten class package is $150.

All Pilates Reformer classes require initial private training before you will be able to register for ongoing weekly classes.

To schedule your first private session please call or email the studio at 336.724.0333 to arrange an appointment.

New students should arrive with ample time to fill out the required client information and release form. Please see the Rates and Studio Policies page under the About tab for further details.

Private and semi-private classes are scheduled on an individual basis outside of the class schedule.
